objective: collect 40 coins around the map to purchase a key and leave the area whilst avoiding enemies by hiding in purple boxes.

duration: 1 month or longer
a stealth puzzle game done for a school end of semester assignment which consists of game mechanics that complement each other in order to create an engaging and fun experience for the player.
the game utilises features from the unity game engine: raycast, nav mesh navigation, physics, and more

MAp layout

Guard character detection range. 

Behaviour: The detector is a mesh which consists of raycasts. once a player is detected in the range. the enemy will give chase to the player and deal damage to them. once the player is hidden, the enemy will lose interest and resume patrolling waypoints. the enemies move using unity's nav mesh functions.
